Workham European Property Limited is a property investment and asset management company with interests across both the commercial and residential sectors in the UK and continental Europe.
Workham is equally prepared to act as principal investor or as a joint venture or financial partner.
As lead investor, Workham seeks to identify and acquire active management assets which offer the opportunity to outperform the wider property market, focusing on niche markets in which the directors have particular experience.
Workham is also receptive to a wide range of investment and development proposals in the role of private equity partner and, as a family owned and managed company, is able to act swiftly and decisively.
Workham has established joint ventures and strategic partnerships in Belgium and Spain where the directors have particular experience, and is currently building a portfolio of active management assets in the South West Midlands and West of England.
