85 High Street, Wimbledon is a high street retail premises, which Workham
acquired in 1999 and sold in 2004.
Redleaf I and II Funds
Workham participated in these funds, whose investment was in secondary shopping
centres in the UK. Following the sale of the assets, the funds were wound
up and profits distributed.

Memosa 19 SA
This Joint Venture was formed as a vehicle for investment in a mixed use
premises in central Brussels. We refurbished the residential upper floors
of the building to provide additional units and regeared the leases before
selling the property on excellent terms.
