Workham is an active partner in these asset management and co-investment
businesses, the primary focus of which is investment in office opportunities
in Brussels.
Defacqz SA
Defacqz SA is another Brussels investment, in which Workham participates
as a joint venture partner. The company owns an office building in the Quartier
Louise.
F15 Partnership
This joint venture involved the acquisition and sale of 650 houses at RAF
Lakenheath and the speculative purchase of a brownfield site in Leeds. Since
purchasing this site, which previously housed a dye factory, F15 has successfully
negotiated a change to residential usage, and has secured planning permission
for a new build development of more than one hundred units.
